RATOATH SENIOR NATIONAL SCHOOL

The school opens at 9.20 in the morning and closes at 3pm.
There are two breaks during the day - one at 10.45 and one at 12.20. The school operates a healthy eating policy.

The school has a formal uniform but most children wear the school tracksuit every day. The tracksuit must be worn with a grey airtex shirt.

There is one Parent/Teacher meeting per year, usually in the second term. There are usually two reports - one after Christmas and one in Summer.

The school was officially opened on 21st September 2006 by the then Minister for Education, Mary Hanfin T.D.
